Can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time, no strings attached. Once you are logged into your account you may click ‘My Account’ and from there you will have access to cancel your membership.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
We understand everyone may not always be able to attend the live calls which is why all recordings of each call will be uploaded to the Elevate Her Collective member dashboard.
How will I know when calls are?
You will be able to access a calendar for each month within the private Facebook group and your Elevate Her Collective member dashboard. You can also expect this in your monthly email with your membership.
How do I change my payment information?
The Elevate Her Collective membership is managed through PayPal. To view your subscriptions in PayPal. Login and click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. Choose Payments from the sub-menu. Then choose the Manage Automatic Payments button. From there you can choose your subscription and make any changes to your payment method.
How do I cancel my membership?

If I cancel, when will I lose access?
When you cancel your membership, your account will remain active until your next billing cycle. If you cancel on the 1st of the month but your billing cycle is on the 15th, your account will remain active until the 15th.
Can I receive a refund once I pay for my membership?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for this experience, as you will have immediate access to all content once purchased.
